Savage & Cooke Cask Finished Rye Whiskey
Savage & Cooke Cask Finished Rye Whiskey is a bold, innovative spirit that elevates the classic rye whiskey profile with the unique influence of finishing barrels. This carefully crafted rye is initially aged in traditional oak barrels, then artfully finished in a selection of handpicked casks to add depth, complexity, and a distinctive flavor character.
On the nose, it greets you with rich aromas of warm spice, vanilla, and toasted oak, complemented by hints of dried fruit and caramel. The palate is full-bodied and robust, with flavors of rye pepper, honey, and cinnamon, followed by a subtle sweetness from the finishing casks. The finish is long and smooth, leaving behind a satisfying blend of spice, oak, and a touch of fruit.
Savage & Cooke Cask Finished Rye Whiskey is perfect for those who enjoy a rye with depth and complexity, ideal for sipping neat, on the rocks, or in a refined cocktail. This exceptional whiskey showcases the artistry of barrel finishing, creating a memorable drinking experience with every pour.
