Winner of Best Australian Single Malt 2017 and crowned Best Craft Distilled Whisky in the World in 2016. Starward Nova is an impeccable reflection of what a whisky can be. This expression comes from maturing whisky in red wine barrels sourced from leading Australian winemakers all within a day drive from the distillery. With balanced aromas of raisin, banana, red berries, cinnamon and spice driven notes this whisky is truly unique.
