The Dunbrody Bourbon Cask Irish Whiskey
The Dunbrody Bourbon Cask Irish Whiskey is a smooth and sophisticated expression that showcases the craftsmanship of traditional Irish whiskey-making, with the added depth of maturation in carefully selected bourbon casks. This exceptional whiskey strikes a perfect balance between the natural sweetness of Irish whiskey and the bold influence of American oak, offering a refined and approachable flavor profile.
On the nose, it presents enticing aromas of honeyed malt, vanilla, and toasted oak, with subtle hints of dried fruit and soft spices. The palate is rich and smooth, with layers of caramel, baked apple, and gentle oak, complemented by a touch of citrus and a hint of warm vanilla. The bourbon cask finish adds a lovely complexity, rounding out the whiskey with a soft, slightly smoky warmth. The finish is clean and satisfying, leaving behind lingering notes of toffee and soft oak.
The Dunbrody Bourbon Cask Irish Whiskey is a versatile and elegant choice for any occasion. Whether sipped neat, on the rocks, or used in classic cocktails, this whiskey offers a delightful experience for those who appreciate the finesse and tradition of Irish whiskey, with a modern, bourbon-influenced twist.
