On the nose, it greets you with a warm, inviting blend of vanilla, honey, and a subtle tropical fruitiness, with hints of brown sugar and spice. The palate is smooth and full-bodied, with layers of ripe fruit, caramel, and a touch of toffee, all enhanced by the rich, sweet influence of the rum casks. Flavors of molasses, cinnamon, and a whisper of coconut add depth and complexity, while the finish is long, satisfying, and lightly spiced, with a lingering sweetness.
