Uncle Val's Peppered Gin is a bold, flavorful spirit that takes traditional gin to a new level with a spicy kick. Infused with a unique blend of black peppercorns, alongside classic botanicals like juniper, lavender, and citrus, this gin offers a distinctive balance of heat, herbaceousness, and subtle floral notes.
On the nose, Uncle Val’s Peppered Gin delivers an intriguing combination of peppery spice, bright citrus, and soft herbal aromas. The palate is rich and complex, with the initial burst of peppercorn heat giving way to smooth notes of citrus zest, lavender, and a hint of earthy botanicals. The black pepper adds a warm, piquant finish, enhancing the gin’s depth and creating a lingering, pleasantly spicy aftertaste.
Perfect for those who enjoy a gin with an adventurous twist, Uncle Val’s Peppered Gin is ideal for adding depth to classic cocktails like a Gin & Tonic or Martini, as well as in creative concoctions that highlight its spicy, aromatic profile. With its bold character and distinctive peppery flair, Uncle Val’s Peppered Gin is a must-try for those seeking a gin that brings both complexity and excitement to every sip.
