Volcán De Mi Tierra Tequila Blanco Tahona
Crafted with care and precision, Volcán De Mi Tierra Tequila Blanco Tahona is a remarkable expression that embodies the essence of traditional tequila-making. Produced from 100% Blue Weber agave sourced from the volcanic soil of the Tequila Highlands, this blanco tequila honors the time-honored Tahona method—a process where the agave is slowly crushed by a massive stone wheel, extracting the purest agave juice and capturing its full depth of flavor.
On the nose, Volcán De Mi Tierra Blanco Tahona is vibrant and aromatic, offering inviting notes of freshly cut agave, citrus zest, and earthy minerality, enhanced by hints of herbal and floral nuances. The palate is smooth and well-balanced, showcasing a perfect blend of crisp agave sweetness, green apple, and light pepper, with subtle layers of smoke and spice that reflect the volcanic terroir. The finish is clean, refreshing, and slightly grassy, with lingering notes of agave and citrus.
