Wolves 5 Year American Single Malt
Independent Spirit. Refined Character.
Boldly redefining American whiskey, Wolves 5 Year American Single Malt is a rare, meticulously crafted expression that bridges heritage and innovation. Distilled from a 100% malted barley mash bill and aged for five years in new American oak, this release captures the essence of traditional single malt craftsmanship—elevated by California’s independent spirit.
Crafted in extremely small batches in Sonoma County using custom copper pot stills imported from Cognac, this whiskey undergoes a deliberate and patient aging process that allows the character of the grain, wood, and environment to shine through. The result is a remarkably complex and layered whiskey with elegance, texture, and a distinctly American soul.
Each bottle reflects Wolves’ uncompromising approach to quality—unfiltered, non-chill filtered, and bottled at a bold yet approachable proof.
