Woodford Reserve Double Double Oaked
A bold and indulgent expression, Woodford Reserve Double Double Oaked takes the signature Double Oaked process to the next level. By extending its maturation in a second heavily toasted, lightly charred oak barrel, this limited-edition bourbon develops an extraordinary depth of flavor with an intense, rich character.
Tasting Notes
- Nose: Deep aromas of dark caramel, butterscotch, roasted coffee, and dried fruit, layered with hints of toasted oak and sweet vanilla.
- Palate: A full-bodied profile featuring notes of rich maple syrup, dark chocolate, baking spices, and dried cherries, balanced by warm clove and toasted almonds.
- Finish: Exceptionally long and smooth, with lingering spice, cocoa, and oak.
Perfect for bourbon aficionados and collectors, Woodford Reserve Double Double Oaked offers an amplified, robust, and luxuriously smooth experience. Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to fully appreciate its depth and complexity.
